The Fire and Ice grid are offering a free sim on a first come first served basis to a person or group that wishes to make and run a club. The region can be of any size and will remain free so long as you actively run and promote events on the grid.
You can use other areas of the region for whatever purpose you like, with a full 45k prim quota you will have to space and prims to do much more than just run a club.
